Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at Convento de las Concepcionistas in Panamá Viejo, Panama City. Restrooms will be available onsite.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. local time. Transportation will be provided from our host hotels, and we will share shuttle departure times closer to the wedding.

Dinner will feature a variety of food stations, so there should be something for everyone. If you have an allergy or specific dietary restriction, please include it when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

We kindly ask that our ceremony remain completely phone-free. This includes taking photos or videos, texting, and FaceTiming. Our wonderful photographers and videographers will capture everything, so we invite you to be fully present with us.Once cocktail hour begins, feel free to pull out your phones and capture all the memories!
